Shabbat Shalom

The video of this post shows a Jewish family, and friends, as they honor the Sabbath. May we remember the psalm of peace for the Jewish people. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:6). From a Gentile believer in Christ, I offer “Shabbat Shalom” (Sabbath of peace) to Israel, and to Jews whom reside in the four corners of the earth.

  1. I have prayed Psalm 122:6-9 for peace in Jerusalem and the Middle East for fifteen years, as an outcome of reading Rick Warren’s book, The Purpose-Driven Life. He suggested we remember to pray this psalm of peace, just as you have. God bless you for sharing your heart for the Jewish people! P.S. And thank you for becoming a follower of my blog, From the Inside Out. I pray you’ll find the posts meaningful whenever you’re able to visit.

    1. Thanks for your kind words; you are very kind. A very important reason for us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, is because God told us to… It is disheartening to know that many “christians,” (little c), view God’s Chosen People as being unworthy of such prayers. Please keep up your good blog work.
