Andy is the Senior pastor of Sugar Land Bible Church. He is also the president of Chafer Theological Seminary. J.D., Th. M., Ph.D., Studied theology at Chafer Seminary in Southern California while practicing law as an attorney, teaching college business law courses, and serving as Interim Pastor at Rivera First Baptist. He decided to pursue full-time ministry and received a Th. M. (2002) and Ph. D. (2009) from Dallas Theological Seminary. He worked for 7 years as a full professor of Bible and Theology at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston. He is currently the Senior pastor of Sugar Land Bible Church in Texas. In addition, Andy has contributed to many theological journals, authored Christian books, and speaks on a variety of Christian topics at conferences.
